Terms of service

1. The service

KRTaker ("the Platform") provides property-management software and an AI assistant ("KR") for users in Bangladesh, including property owners (Subscribers), service partners, legal consultants, tenants and platform staff. This agreement governs your use of the Platform.

2. Accounts & roles

You are responsible for the accuracy of registration details and for all activity under your account. Role-based access (Owner, Manager, Tenant, Service Partner, Service Manager, Legal, CRM, Accountant, HR) defines what each user may view and do. You must not share credentials or access data outside your role's scope.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Plans (Starter, Business, Enterprise) renew monthly or annually. Payments are processed via bKash, SSLCommerz or bank transfer. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Service partners pay a 10% platform fee per completed work order, net of applicable TDS.

4. Legal & compliance information

The Platform's compliance engine, calculations and AI answers are informational tools, not legal advice. Statutory requirements change; verify critical matters with a licensed professional. KRTaker is not a party to leases and is not liable for disputes between owners and tenants.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Platform to violate Bangladeshi law, infringe rights, or attempt to access another tenant's data. Digital lockouts and unlawful evictions are strictly prohibited by our system and our terms.

6. Data & security

We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, and enforce multi-tenant isolation. You retain ownership of your data; you may export it at any time. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KRTaker's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost rent or legal outcomes.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. On termination you may export your data within 30 days; thereafter it is deleted per our retention policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms with 14 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
