Account data: name, organization, email, phone, plan. Portfolio data: properties, units, leases, tenants, invoices, receipts, maintenance records, khatian references — the data you enter to run your business. Usage data: pages visited, features used, device type.
To operate the Platform, compute taxes and compliance checks, process payments via our gateways (bKash, SSLCommerz), provide the AI caretaker, send billing/statutory reminders, and improve the service. We do not sell your data.
Your portfolio data is isolated at the database level. Owners never see other owners' data; tenants only see their own unit and lease; partners only see their assigned works. Staff roles access data only within their function and are audited.
When you chat with KR, your query and relevant portfolio context are processed to generate answers and actions. Tool actions are logged and shown to you. We configure model providers (e.g. DeepSeek) with no-training agreements; your data is not used to train public models.
Payment credentials are handled by our payment partners (bKash, SSLCommerz). We never store your card numbers or wallet PINs. Transaction references are recorded for reconciliation.
You can export your data at any time, self-serve, from Settings → Privacy & data → Export my data (JSON copy of your account, consent ledger, settings and owned properties) — and workspace owners/managers can export any tenant's full record from the Tenants tab (Data export). On account erasure, personal data is anonymized immediately; financial records are kept only as long as the law requires (e.g. for tax/reconciliation), and our consent ledger is retained as legal evidence that consent was given.
We use TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 at rest, role-based access control, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure; you share information at your own risk, and we ask you to use strong passwords. You have the right to access, correct, port and erase your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Most of this is self-service in the app:
